I think if you don’t like kale you might not have had a good kale salad yet. 👀 Our kale is the crunchy vessel, while our local late summer vegetables, fruits and dressing are the true stars. In this case roasted peach dressing and candied walnuts. I’ve heard we’ve even converted a few kale haters.

We’ll always have a kale and collard greens salad but our dressing and add-ons change seasonally.

We serve our Sarajevo style ćevapi with flatbread, raw onions and kajmak, a rich velvety clotted cream made from cow and buffalo milk. Because of its high fat content the result is a thick and buttery spread.

Y’all this one’s a crazy one - our Curtain Call cocktail is made with buttered popcorn mezcal, nixta licor de elote, and aztec chocolate bitter. A little smoky, little sweet, little bitter.
