This is the first 432hz sound medicine track I’ve made and I’m getting really excited to continue on the journey of sonic alchemy. This song was recorded in my sauna, in one take, just simple raw sound. Keep your ears peeled for more Sauna session tracks, there will be many more!

Minimal, laid back songs that are recorded in the Sauna, all in one take. This is helping push me towards channeling the prayer in the music and staying present in the creation.
