Show up for Stomptown! We need volunteers to help us at our Norse Hall events each month.

It's easy to do, and most shifts are only 30 mins. Plus, it's a great way to meet people and connect off of the dance floor.

Opportunities include setup, teardown, and helping at the door. We will have someone there to help train you. (Again, it's easy, we promise!)

All volunteers get FREE entry to that night's dance! As always, no one is turned away for lack of funds, and volunteering is not a requirement for that.

Wednesday 9/23: Level up your two-step skills at our Intermediate/Advanced Two-Step Workshop, in partnership with Landline ! Micah and Sye will teach us techniques and turns, including advanced patterns with forearm turns. Dance With Joy Studios, 7:30-9:30pm, $18 (NOTAFLOF). Limited capacity, please sign up in advance!! Saturday 9/26 at Norse Hall: Craving more line dancing post-Crystal Ballroom? This week's lesson "Nothing But You" is an *intermediate* line dance with Sye. It's got drama, it's got romance, with plenty of options for flair 👏 Then DJ Jane will keep us dancing all night with a mix of partner and line dance tunes.

At our Norse Hall location, the hallway is well lit and the dance room is dim. There are two multi stall bathrooms for anyone to use on the same level as the dance floor, with the bar being on the same floor. There is street parking, a small parking lot, and bus lines 12, 19, 20, and 70 nearby.

We're back this Saturday at Norse! Learn some sweet Beginner+ Waltz moves with Jake. Plus, stick around for an easy and fun Barn Dance lesson later that night. DJ Ryan will provide tunes all night long.

Get ready to boot scootin' boogie under the neon moon... It's THROWBACK NIGHT! ✨ DJ Ollie is taking us back to the 70s, 80s, and 90s with classic country hits and more. It's gonna be even better than those old line dance VHS tapes 😉

We're starting the night off with a Beginner+ West Coast Swing lesson from Sequoia: sugar pushes, sugar tucks, and whips.

📢 This lesson is intended for those who already know WCS basics - we will NOT be covering the basic steps!

We're fundraising for wildfire recovery! At this month's Norse Hall dances (Sat Aug 15 & 22), you can scan the QR codes to donate to the Spokane Tribe, Colville Tribe, Yakama Nation, and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. All funds go directly to the tribes.

Every donation of $5 or more gets a free sticker, donated by the very generous Megatroxx !! (While supplies last, but we have a lot!)

Join us for our third Line Dance Only event “Line ‘em Up”, at the Crystal Ballroom on Saturday, September 12th! Could anything be more perfect for dancing than a spring loaded floor!?
Come out for another night of non-stop line dancing with multiple lessons!
Doors open at 6:30, dancing begins at 7:00.
Advanced tickets: $10-$20 (plus fees)
Day-of tickets: $20 (plus fees)
NOTAFLOF - If you need sliding scale tickets below $10, you must email us before the day of the event. Day-of tickets will not be available sliding scale.
Online ticket fees are $1-$6 based on what amount you choose to pay. In person box office ticket fees are only $2.
Event is all ages.

This Friday at Escape: Nat is teaching the High Beginner line dance 1, 2, 3 (think "sexy cardio workout" 👀). Brush up on your two step basics afterward with Maggie. Then we'll dance the night away with our usual mix of partner and line dancing 🎶

August dances are gonna be 🔥🔥🔥! You've been asking for more West Coast Swing, so we're doing TWO lessons this month. Plus, as always, we'll have some line dance and Two Step teaches.

And don't miss THROWBACK NIGHT on August 22nd! This one's for all you classic country fans (with a few other genres thrown in, too).

Remember that we're now hosting our second dance of the month at Norse Hall.
