Happy Wednesday!
Look at this y'all. I took my shroom mini painting and turned it into an illustration.
This is part of Samsung, where I can have anything turned into stickers that I can use on text messages and they have different themes you can pick from. This is summer themed, melting ice-cream cone. A few days this week felt like I was melting like this 😂
I am thinking of making real stickers. Do you think folks would like some cute stickers like these?
I wanted to take the lovely, native Spiderwort and give it a dramatic, stylized twist—playing with those vibrant purple three-petaled blooms against a layered backdrop of organic greens.
Sometimes, art isn't about perfectly replicating nature, but capturing how a moment or a color makes you feel. 🌿
Tell me in the comments: Do you prefer painting nature exactly as it looks, or putting your own stylized spin on it? 👇

It was hot, hot on the way back from work but the sky looked so blue and beautiful. ❤️

Creating a sanctuary when the world gets too loud. 🖤
I started this piece on a day when my environment felt overwhelmingly chaotic and noisy. I needed a buffer—a way to channel that frantic external energy into something steady, quiet, and grounded.
There is something so deeply therapeutic about working on a dark background. Letting the white and gold ink dictate its own rhythm, filling the organic shapes with repetitive lines and tiny, hypnotic spirals, became a form of breathwork. It’s an reminder that no matter how much "static" is happening around us, we always have the power to cultivate our own inner quiet.
This original botanical abstract is now available on the website. Bring a little piece of meditative calm into your home. 🌿
