We’re also the people shopping for the food, prepping the lobster, loading the trailer, towing it across the Portland metro area, setting up, cooking, serving, cleaning, doing payroll, booking events, answering messages and figuring out where the heck we left the extension cords. 😂
We’re a small, owner-operated business, and margins in the food business are tighter than ever. Hiring a graphic designer or social media team for every event simply isn’t realistic for us right now.
So sometimes we use technology to help us make a flyer quickly so we can spend our time and money on the things that matter most — great food, great ingredients and taking care of the people who come see us.
That said, we’ve heard the feedback. You’re going to see more real photos, more of our actual trailer, more of our locations, and more of the people behind Lobster Dogs PNW.
AI may occasionally help make the flyer.
