Mung bean egg scrambled with black beans, corn, mushroom, onion, soyrizo, and cheddar topped with cilantro and sour cream, served with potatoes.

Our creamy mushroom gravy is served atop housemade biscuit and sausage and there's so many fun add ons to make this dish even more delicious (scrambled mung bean egg! avocado! spinach! etc!)
