Holmes Lane (3) SFH: Oregon City is one of the oldest cities in Oregon, with areas that fall within a designated historic district, and others that donāt. One of our first steps was understanding exactly where this site fits.ā

Ivon St Cottages: This project has been moving through the permitting process with the city over the past month, and plans under review. We expect the permitting review process to continue over the next four to five months. Weāre looking forward to receiving approvals and moving into the construction phase!
