The Oregon Zoo is celebrating International Red Panda Day on Saturday, Sept. 19! Guests can stop by to see red panda pals Enoki and Liu on Saturday, Sept. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and chat with conservationists from the Red Panda Network.

A dozen young California condors are spreading their wings at our conservation center. The first chick left its nest box last month, and the remaining 11 are hopping and flapping closely behind. They'll stay with their parents for at least eight months before traveling to wild release sites in California and Arizona, where they will eventually join free-flying condors.
