We’re kicking off the new year with a powerlifting meet at Ironside Training in Beaverton !
Fully sanctioned through Powerlifting America with divisions for:
• Full Power
• Push/Pull or Deadlift Only
• Bench Only
Meet details:
• 2-session meet
• Awards by weight class
• Non-IPF gear allowed
• Stiff sleeves allowed (must meet spec, approved brands not required)
• Current Powerlifting America membership required at time of registration

It's our annual summer park day, but with a Pride twist! Come celebrate and uplift our wonderful gym community with us and have some fun in the sun!

💖 FREE Photoshoot 📷 Kendra will be on site snapping photos for anyone who'd like to participate!

INTRO TO WEIGHTLIFTING SERIES - STARTS MAY 12!
Come learn the basics of the sn**ch and clean & jerk movements with Coach Zach in a fun 4-week series! This series is open to anyone from beginners to those interested in the sport of weightlifting and will guide you safely and effectively through the proper techniques of the movements.
