We are excited to participate in the National Credit Union Foundation's ! We have six certified DEs (Development Educators) on staff, which is 40% of our team. Our goal is 100%!

We believe the DE Program is essential to understanding the roots of the credit union movement, as well as the development issues that credit unions are uniquely positioned to address.

For our service activity, our all-remote team convened on Zoom to create cards for children with cancer. The Pinky Swear Foundation will mail these cards as part of their Orange Envelope program, which offers financial support to families facing the difficult journey of a childhood cancer diagnosis.

We were honored to join the conversation about employee ownership at B Corp U.S. & Canada's last week. An essential tenet of our core purpose is to promote the cooperative economy, and sharing our story of becoming an employee-owned cooperative with impact-oriented businesses is a golden opportunity to do just that!
