Very excited to have been one of 30 artists juried into the First Annual Summer Exhibition at VIRIDIAN ARTISTS in New York! Many thanks to the curatorial eye of juror, Rebecca Ribeiro, Assistant Curator at Neuberger Museum of Art!

On her selection, Ribeiro writes, “The works embody the beauty of contemporary artists liminality, fluidity, and inability to be tied down to specific, singular meaning.”
She further observes, “The artists presented here linger on notions of timeless nostalgia—be it fantastical and hedonistic, or quietly existential. Intimacy is what truly pulls these works into a cohesive group. They instigate intimacy and what it means to encapsulate a soul: human-to-human, nature-to-spirit, spirit-to-timelessness.”
