Dear Friends, Regulars, and Members,

We did not meet our membership goal of 150.
However, after discussions with members, regulars, and each other, we have decided to stay open with the 136 members that we do have. We are giddy, excited, and nervous. We are amazed at the varied and surprising list of people who have decided to support us as members, and grateful for the help and encouragement of those who are supporting us in other ways. Members will have the opportunity to decide if they would like to continue with their membership, as the original stipulation of meeting the goal has changed slightly. We will continue to grow the membership base and program LIKEWISE with enthusiasm. It’s fitting that we built LATE (LIKEWISE Area Transit Express) this month; it’s time to get to work.

It’s been a bit of a roller coaster.
Maybe we build a roller coaster next.
