Over the course of two years at one of our biggest projects- Darigold in Pasco, Washington, they each helped bring the project to the finish line. Juliana spent time running a precast er****on gang, Lisa and Raven were two of the most consistent welders, and Shelby is a hard working apprentice with a willingness to learn. A big shout out and a thank you to these hard working women.

We're setting our sights on 2026. With the new year right around the corner, it's an opportunity for setting goals, resolutions and commitments. This is something we do well before the start of the new year for the entire team- planned trainings for all of the present and future foreman and superintendents, sales and safety goals, and project performance reviews. If you fail to plan, it's a plan to fail. We hope everyone out there had an amazing 2025, and we look forward to seeing you all in 2026! Remember to take a moment as we all come back to work on the new year to re-focus from the holiday weekend- and have a safe 2026!

Throwback to 2023- Athey Creek Middle School in Oregon. The majority of the shell of this school was precast concrete with a unique vertical brick inlay. This type of precast can be tricky- with so many brick joints that need to align with each subsequent panel, we really have to look ahead, be precise, and execute at a high level to make it all come together.
