Inspected a 110 year old Log Cabin on Lake CdA in Worley yesterday over on Windy Bay. Oldest building AIM has ever inspected. It needs a few repairs but overall was in pretty good condition for 110 year old structure. Interestingly enough I have seen brand new structures with more issues than this cabin had. Thats why its always a good idea to have your home inspected no matter how new or old your home is.
