I have to be honest, last sale weekend was pretty hard on me and my family. We lost our sweet "too too". Our oldest and one of 4 dearest cats. 21 years she had
Blessed our family. Our little princess. She was the "protector".
Grew up with all of my children. Waited for them at
All of their bus stops. Always watching over them
Within a safe, but not noticeable distance, as if they
Were her own. She guarded them as they slept,
And welcomed them warmly to each new day....
Every day..... For twenty one years.............
Saturday..... We were forced to say goodbye,
My kids were devastated, to say the least. She was buried at home.
My son planted a beautiful flower bush next to
Her. The kids walk over and water it everyday... and remember our sweet too too. She will never be forgotten.
Sam, my beautiful daughter, tough as nails.
Followed me to the store immediately after...
To fill up and get ready for Sunday morning. What we really wanted to do
Was to roll up in a ball..... And just cry..... But our schedule didn't allow that. So.... We filled the shelves
And cried. We hung the clothes and cried... Until
The morning hours when we just couldn't anymore,
And went home and slept for an hour.
Sunday 10:00.... We showed up with Big smiles on
Our faces, hoping we would make it through the day
Ok..... Hoping nothing would trigger a moment here
& There. The Amazing thing, is that YOU showed up with your BIG smiles too. Without even knowing,....your
Kindness, gentleness, laughter, and warmth
That you showed us.... Just being yourselves.... Is what helped us make it through that day. Before we knew
It.... The day was finished. Quite a blur... To be honest.
But all of you made a day that was unbearable..........better.... Just by being you. We love you all!!🥰
Just wanted to share that.
It is also a reminder .... That so many people have to put on that "Big smile", for so many different reasons..
And circumstances. There is no way of knowing. So....
Kindness..... gentleness....towards each other is always a blessing. You just never know what your small gesture
Of Care might mean to someone, and what difference it may make.♥️
