A great day at Alfred State College last week!

Ryan and Nolan enjoyed meeting students, talking about careers in construction, and sharing more about opportunities at MHCM, including our internship program.

We’re looking forward to being back at Alfred State in a few weeks for the Wellsville Skilled Trades Career Fair!

Work is nearing completion on this culvert replacement project in Milan!

The project included replacing the existing culvert with new pipe, constructing a new retaining block wall, repaving and restriping the roadway, and installing new guiderail.

With the major work complete, our team is wrapping up the final items on site.

Another great MHCM Company Picnic in the books!
This past weekend marked our 4th Annual Company Picnic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day to get together. It’s always great to step away from the office and jobsites and spend time with our team and their families.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so enjoyable!

Celebrating the hard work behind every MHCM project.
Happy Labor Day!

Located in the heart of LaGrange, Birchwood Commons offers a peaceful Hudson Valley setting while keeping shopping, dining, and major commuter routes close by.
Completed by MHCM in 2023, this 20-unit multifamily community features two-story residences with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, modern finishes, spacious living areas, and private covered patios. The project is a great example of MHCM’s multifamily work, creating quality residential spaces that complement the communities they’re built in.
With easy access to Routes 82 and 55 and the Taconic State Parkway, Birchwood Commons offers a quiet place to call home without feeling far from it all.

Fair Week is here!

If you’re heading to the Dutchess County Fair this week, you may spot one of our recently completed projects. MHCM completed the new Livestock Hill Restroom Facility earlier this summer, ready for this year’s fair season.

We’re proud to see our work serving a place that brings the Hudson Valley community together year after year.

Rock removal is underway for the front entrance renovation project at the Anderson Center for Autism.

The Walkway Over the Hudson is one of the Hudson Valley's most recognizable destinations. Behind every great public space is the infrastructure that keeps it operating safely and efficiently.

MHCM recently completed the new maintenance building for Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, helping provide park staff with the space they need to maintain this treasured destination for years to come.

We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to another project that serves our community.

MHCM was proud to once again sponsor the Annual LaGrange Professional Firefighters Sporting Clay Shoot.
Thank you to everyone involved in organizing another great event.
