Torme now has ✨Happy Hour Cucina✨ on Thursdays and Fridays! 4-6PM you can now get our Cucina Menu along with our great Happy Hour!

Bruschettas are only available on Wednesday, but everything else on the Cucina Menu is yours to enjoy!

Eel Lake Oysters
A premium variety of Eastern Oysters (Crassostrea Virginica) grown in the brackish waters of Eel Lake, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Known for their distinctive flavor, sustainable farming practices,
and beautiful shell shape.

Suggested Pairing: Pique Pul Rosé.

Salten Rock Oysters
Grown in the waters of Barnstable Harbor, where the algae and the areas natural influences give their signature Cape Cod flavor.
The nutrient-rich tides feed the oysters throughout the year, allowing them to be plumper and fuller for longer

Suggested Pairing: IPA

Prince Edward Island is known for producing
some of the worlds Best Oysters
Pristine and beautiful, both inside and out.
Plump, clean, and elegant. Moderately briny with plump meats and crisp, clean finish, reminiscent of fresh lettuce or a subtle sweet vegetal tang.

Suggested Pairing: Saison.

Madhouse
Delicately balancing the salt of the ocean with a hint of sweetness, only the Chesapeake can offer. Clean, Crisp and just a bit of sweet.

Suggested Pairing: Hard C***r

Blue Points
Larger, plumper, and bracingly salty and oceanic upfront, with a satiny texture and a mild, slightly sweet or mineral finish.

Suggested Pairing: Chablis, Prosecco, Stout
