Did you miss the opening of our new gallery show? You can still see the work on display from all five of our studio artists now through the end of November! It’s a pretty cool collection if we do say so, and we do say so.

Some artists need a studio space full time, and some artists just need a space for a day. Thats why we offer our Guest Artist program at Toothpick!

Guest artists have access to one of our private studios (pictured here), as well as our shared common area and supplies. Guests artists typically reserve the private studio space for a day or a few days in a row, depending on their needs. Some artists use the studio space to see clients, some have used it to teach small classes, and some have used it to hold pop ups!

The private studio is set up for tattooing, but can also accommodate a range of practices (think illustration, painting, pop ups, client based work, etc!)

We welcome artists whose values align with ours: curiosity, generosity, and care for both craft and community. Whether you’re looking to exchange ideas, meet more artists and clients, or find inspiration in new surroundings, Toothpick is a space that meets you where you are and celebrates what you bring.

We review guest artist applications on a rolling basis, and we’re always excited to meet new people whose work and ethos fit alongside ours.

If this seems interesting to you or you want to learn more, fill out the Guest Artist form on our website and tell us a bit about yourself and we will get in touch with you.

It’s true, Brianne does in fact love dogs. And hikes. And asking questions. And tattooing. And we love her!
