Welcome back, PCDI students! You're the best part of the first day and every day! We’re so glad your smiles are filling our hallways again! 🚌🍎
Wondering where the summer went? We’ve been too busy having fun to notice!
Over the past three weeks, our campus was filled with students, peer volunteers, junior counselors, college interns, and special guests.
🎨 Week 1, Art Antics, had us painting, photographing, sculpting, and singing about our "True Colors" with . 🌎 Week 2, Nature Networks, took us from deserts and jungles to forests, oceans, and tundra—with a special visit from where we got to see and pet exotic animals! 🌈 We closed out Summer Wonders with a Classic Camp week full of giant lawn games, acting lessons, a color run, and all the camp-style fun we could fit into one week!
We are so grateful to our interns, volunteers, staff, and PCDI community who helped create these opportunities for connection and friendship. We're already looking forward to our WonderDay Pop-Ups this fall.

Five years of Summer Wonders! ☀️💙
PCDI’s inclusive summer program has brought together neurodiverse and neurotypical children and teens for a summer filled with learning, fun, connection, and friendship.
We’re thrilled to expand the program to 3 weeks this year! That means more opportunities to build meaningful friendships through intentional recreational and educational activities—and, of course, some special shared events along the way. 🌟
A huge thank you to the TJX Foundation for the generous grant that helped make this expansion possible! We’re so grateful for their support of inclusive opportunities for children and teens.
And this is just the beginning… stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes Summer Wonders fun! 📸☀️
