embrella was honored to attend the Book and Needle Woman's Club of Oradell NJ luncheon at Domani’s in Hillsdale! 🩵

We’re incredibly grateful to have been selected as the NJ State Federation of Women's Clubs of GFWC State Special Project for 2026–2028. We look forward to a meaningful two-year partnership and all that we can accomplish together in support of children, youth, and families across New Jersey.

Our Director of Community Engagement, Michele Rodriguez, also had the opportunity to share more about embrella’s work to embrace, support, and advocate for families across the state.

It was wonderful to spend the afternoon with such incredible women who truly are a “Force for Good.” We were also happy to be joined by the NJSFWC President and Director of Communications. Thank you for welcoming us!

Children and youth in foster care can have a wide range of developmental and support needs. Research shows that developmental delays are more common among children in foster care than among children who are not in foster care.

That’s why connections to organizations like Autism New Jersey are so important. Resources like the Blue Envelope Program can help individuals with autism and law enforcement communicate more clearly during traffic stops.

The Blue Envelope holds important driving documents and an emergency contact card, while also providing helpful information for both the individual and the officer.

We’re thankful to Doreen and Autism New Jersey for sharing this resource with us. We look forward to getting these Blue Envelopes into the hands of families who can benefit from them!
