⭐️ Coach Julia, thank you for the love, kindness, and heart you brought into our studio every single day. Your thoughtful, heart centered approach to teaching made every class feel like more than just movement! it became a place where people felt seen, supported, and empowered.

🤍As many of you know, Julia will be leaving our team as she prepares to move out of the area. While were so sad to say goodbye, we couldn’t be more grateful for the time we’ve shared with her and all the lives she’s touched along the way.

✨Her final day teaching with us will be Monday, August 10, so if you ve had the joy of taking class with Julia, be sure to stop by, give her a hug, and help us send her off with all the love she deserves.
