Join us tomorrow and every Wednesday to practice your English-speaking conversations skills. Each session participants discuss practical everyday topics in a casual group setting to become more confident speakers. Have fun, meet people from all over the world and learn about American culture while practicing your spoken English. Limited to those who can speak and read English. This program is also held virtually at Plano Library – please contact them if you would like to participate with them.

Get ready to show off your creativity at our Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Tweens and teens are invited to transform ordinary pumpkins into extraordinary works of art using paint, accessories, and plenty of imagination—no carving required. Whether you create something spooky, funny, book-inspired, or totally unique, you'll have a chance to compete for bragging rights and awesome prizes. All supplies will be provided, and completed pumpkins will be displayed in the library for community voting.

Ever wonder how water gets to your house? Join Public Works for a fun and exciting adventure where kids will explore the many steps water takes before reaching their homes. While collecting “water” at each stop, kids will discover how water makes it to the tap!

We will be closed on Saturday, September 26 for a staff development day. The book drop will be closed and holds and due dates falling on that day will be extended. E-books and other digital library resources are available 24/7.
