Yesterday, the City of Pawtucket - Mayor's Office, Governor Dan McKee McKee, Rhode Island Commerce and the Executive Office of Housing celebrated the ribbon cutting and opening of Dexter Street Commons, a 150 unit mixed-use development one block from the Pawtucket-Central Falls Commuter Rail Station. We're pleased to have supported this project with a $350,000 award from our Municipal Infrastructure Grant Program for green stormwater infrastructure and site work.

The New England Heat Pump Accelerator is making $100,000 - $500,000 grant awards to Rhode Island municipalities and community organizations to test innovative ways to overcome local barriers to heat pump adoption in low-to-moderate-income households and communities.
