🌊This August, we’re hitting our local beaches, and taking a pottery class!

🏺This session is only 4 weeks and allows you to immerse yourself in specific projects while building your skills.

🏺Dip your feet into one of our FOUR beginner friendly classes, or keep up the momentum with one of our two intermediate wheel options. Either way there’s really no better way to spend the hottest month of summer than to cool down with some clay!

📚Join us for the July meeting of the Anyhow Book Club! This month we’ve picked a dark fiction novel that’s described as “fiendishly funny”: Murder Your Employer by Rupert Holmes. The book follows students (read: would-be murderers) at McMasters Academy, a clandestine school dedicated to committing the perfect, justified crime.

This Spring, our wonderful Member and Instructor, Cali Almy Cali Almy participated in the Shiro Oni Studio Residency in Onishi, Japan. For 6 weeks Cali was immersed in the peaceful, mountanous landscape of Onishi with 8 other ceramic artists from all around the world.

They lived and worked alongside each other, culminating in firing the traditonal Japanese wood fired kiln - Anagama. At the end they had a group exhibition of all the work, they created.
