Want to host a meetup for your fandom at RICC 2026? Here is everything you need to know before applying:

✨ Key Details & Requirements:

- Deadline to Apply: September 4, 2026
- Age Requirement: Must be 18+ by November 6, 2026
- Family Friendly: All cosplays and meetups must remain family friendly.
- Meetup Duration: 40-minute slots (15 total slots available across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Photographer Included: RICC will provide a staff photographer for your meetup!
- Compensation: Feature promotion of your meetup on the official RICC website and social media channels.

📅 Selection Timeline: Applicants will be notified of their status by September 13, 2026.
