While the SENECA scholastic chess tournaments wrapped up this past weekend, there will still be opportunities to play in the Nationals in May. For those not attending the Nationals, there will be an ALL AGES event worth attending on May 9, 2026.

That's a wrap! SENECA finished off our scholastic chess season with a terrific event on the BATTLESHIP MASSACHUSETTS. It's always a fun day as the kids compete in the morning and spend most of the afternoon exploring the ship. Thanks to the MANY kids who came out, not just yesterday, but ALL season. Our focus is scholastic chess in RI and local MA and we love it. Lots of fun stuff coming next season starting in September. Enjoy your summer.
