I’m incredibly grateful to announce some major wins for the first half of 2026.
1. Being featured in a beautifully written article by Rhode Island Monthly back in April - It’s such a great piece to read about my store and truly encapsulates what Project Attic is all about. Thank you to Tess Lyons, the writer, for a great shoutout.
2. Getting a community shoutout from shop wickenden of all the wonderful stores located on Wickenden St - Their viral video posted in May is the cutest and most wholesome thing to be a part of. I’m so happy to be on this street with so many lovely locals
3. Winning Best of RI - my store was voted a best of rhode island winner in June! That means so many of you voted for my store to place and be recognized which means the world to me 🥰

Enjoy these sneak peek items that represent some of what I’ll be bringing to The Brighton Bazaar - Retromania Summer Shindig Market this weekend in Newport, RI!
Our lovely model is showcasing a 1930s dickie with an 80s silk wrap skirt in the first slide. In the second image, she’s wearing a 1940s blue floral cold rayon sheer dress.

Remember that doily dress you helped me start building a few weeks back? I tried it on in its full form and I feel like a princess! 👑
I couldn’t stop adding new pieces on until I finally found the right balance. This one of a kind dress is extremely special and striking with different textures.

Follow along to see the before/after results of a pair of reconstructed 1970’s Harvard boxer shorts that I worked on.
They went from having loose stitching to getting new seams that allow them to be worn again!
I love taking on projects where clothes just need a little extra love and revamping so that they can continue on carrying their legacy♥️
