Breaking Bread

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

At Breaking Bread | Nonprofit every day we work towards bridging that gap through our Leadership Development and Mentorship programs.

Last Thursday was a celebration of our first year of making impact🎉

We loved celebrating with Participants, Board Members, Podcast Guests and Industry partners.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, participated, spread the word, cheered us on and helped us move our mission forward.

Leadership Development and Mentorship is for everyone!
It should not
be an exclusive
opportunity for a few
but a growth and learning opportunity for all.

Help us spread the word by sharing our page, program and podcast with your network.
New Cohorts Begin Each Month!

Looking for a job in the current market is challenging!

Last week, our panelists shared great advice and practical tips during the Webinar: Breaking through the Job Market.

💡Treating the job search like a job is helpful because you have structure and an action plan
BUT
💡 Have a clear stop to each day. Your mental and physical health are important. Having clear boundaries and goals will help you in many ways.

Thank you to
Gretchen O’Brien, SVP Executive Search at King & Bishop and
Stephen Russell, SVP Talent Acquisition at FM
for sharing insight on the job search process, and how to stand out at different points of the process.

Nothing connects us like breaking bread together ™️
💛😊
We are living at a time when isolation and loneliness are a major concern.

Social media feeds and
digital interactions are not the same
as meaningful real-life conversations.

Texting is convenient but cannot replace
an in-person conversation with
emotions, body language, and all the nuances of
human connection.

Remote work is convenient but it’s harder to collaborate and innovate.

All these factors are making us feel more isolated and disconnected.

This is why we’re going to keep saying…

Nothing
connects us like
Breaking Bread
together™️
