A core memory in the making! 🧠
Students work together to get from one side of the gym to the other and back without touching the floor. If a student touches the floor, they and the piece of equipment they’re using have to go back to the beginning! Along the way, they learn powerful lessons about teamwork, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and integrity.
SHAPE America National PE Standards: Standard 4 — Develops responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others.

No matter what kind of teacher you are, you’re going to have good days and bad days. For me, when I have a bad day, everything resets when I step into the gymnasium—that’s where the positivity, the energy, and the fun begin.
