This is us, mid-scream, crammed into a tiny moto taxi somewhere in the mountains of Mexico 😂🏍️

Not our most graceful moment. Definitely not our most photogenic. But also… kind of exactly who we are.

Over the years we've done more ceremony together than we can even count — real ones, sacred ones, the kind that change you — and also a LOT of moments like this. Laughing. Terrified in a moto taxi. Just two people being fully, ridiculously human.

And honestly? We think that's what a lot of people are actually craving right now. Not more performance. Not another thing to optimize. Just relief. Realness. Somewhere to actually be seen, without having to hold it together or have it figured out. Somewhere to connect to yourself, to nature, to other people who've also stopped pretending.

That's what we built CEREMONIA from.

It's a 7-month elemental journey — Fire, Water, Spirit, Earth, Air, where each month you don't just learn about an element, you journey into it, you build your own ceremony around it with your own two hands, and you carry it into your actual life before moving to the next. Real tools. Real structure. Real support like Human Design, journey work, ceremony creation, held by two guides who've done this work on ourselves first.

We gather online every week together, and open and close the year in person at a gathering and ending in a weekend retreat. Small circle, just 8–10 of us, so it stays real.

No performing required. Just come be real with us. 🔥

Ok I have to share something. I think we're losing sense of what is real right now…feeling it dwindle with the eerie overwhelm of AI moving so fast, the economic stresses, our nervous systems just getting fried by our phones and social media and just... being a real human with a life and responsibilities. It's a lot. 😮‍💨

And what I keep coming back to, over and over, is how much we need the simple stuff. Community and Land. Actual quiet time with ourselves and people who get it. Held space where we can just be nourished instead of stretched thin. 🍁

So, the Fall Shed and Renew event. This Saturday 9/26 in Barnstead, NH. We're doing fire, warm cider, a drumming journeywork session to get clear on what needs to go, a nurturing broom brushing + fire ceremony to actually release it and a community blessing before we head into the darker months.
And a synchronistic bonus: it's also the full Harvest Moon that day. Couldn't have planned it better if we tried. 🌝
