While the striped bass may not be to everyone's taste, I firmly believe it is one of New England's finest fish species, and its season is currently in effect. If you're able to catch one legally we would be more than happy to have you bring it to us. Our culinary team will prepare it to perfection, and I'm confident you'll appreciate the experience.
