Since the Fall of 2024, Leadership Triangle, in partnership with The Jimmy Carroll Foundation, has facilitated a regional Housing Collaborative - bringing together housing leaders from the nonprofit, private and public sectors to coordinate resources, streamline information, and ultimately, make the process of finding and staying in a home easier for our neighbors. The Collaborative now represents more than 80 Triangle leaders and 30+ nonprofit organizations!
So, why is a regional approach to data sharing so important, especially in Housing?
That’s what Jennifer Hamilton, Executive Director of The Jimmy Carroll Foundation, asked each of our Triangle-based Continuum of Care* leaders after one of our recent meetings.
This week, we’re sharing each of their responses. Last but certainly not least (especially if you’ve been in Housing work in the Triangle over say, the last 20 years) is Danielle DeCaprio, LCSW - Orange County’s leader.
*What’s a Continuum of Care (CoC)? A “regional or local planning body designed to coordinate housing and social services funding for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness”.

Last week, our inaugural Emerging Leaders: The Seed List Edition cohort sat down for mock interviews - and came out sharper for it.
During Emerging Leaders we don’t just talk about career readiness. We build it, by creating real chances for every student to network and develop skills that last.
