Tommy J. Chiusano put his Lemoncello to good use with this stirred dandy. A hefty dose of apple brandy from the oldest working distillery in the US Laird & Company | America's First & Finest and a bit of summertime honeysuckle bring this boozy banger all together.

You know what time it is! The new Whiskey Of The Week is Peerless Double Oak and it is just as good as I remembered it. Twice barreled in new oak and bottled at 109 proof, it hits all the right buttons. Come down and see what it's all about.

But don't be scared of this Hurricane inspired beauty from Patrick Dunmire, he went old school with the fassionola, combining cherries and passion fruit for a one of a kind tiki experience. Patty will also be behind the bar slinging these all weekend so come say hello and tell him what a great job he did!

Folks! We got a new Whiskey Of The Week! Traveller Full Proof is a higher proofed version of the only celebrity spirit we can endorse. So, hats off to Harlen Wheatley and Chris Stapleton for blending a pretty stellar whiskey. Coming in at 121 proof, this stuff rides the edge of your grandmothers sweet tea, along with plenty of oak and spice to keep the sweetness at bay.

Whiskey Of The Week! Blade & Bow 12 Year Solera Reserve. 12 Year whiskey, aged in American Oak barrels, as well as Cognac, Moscatel, Bordeaux, and Port barrels. This is a really exciting pour and there aren't many aged stated whiskies that are this affordable. Come get you some!

SAY HELLO, SAY FAREWELL - Faccia Brutto Centerbe, Gin, NC Strawberry Shrub, Lemon, Peychaud's, Soda.
session says that summer can't happen unless there's a shrub cocktail on the menu. Summer is here so it must mean that he fixed the problem. Refreshing and fruity with just the right amount of acidity. Plus Centerbe and strawberries are a lovely coupling.

Whiskey Of The Week! 1792 Full Proof Wake County Single Barrel. Full Proof means that the whiskey is proofed to the same alcohol by volume that it started at in the barrel, so, now you know that. I'll bet you didn't think you'd learn something today, and now look at you! Ain't whiskey fun?
