Open Diamond Ray Stitch is a fun, fanciful pattern that mimics grass and leaves. It is a very open stitch, meaning a lot of canvas is left exposed.
This stitch is comprised of one vertical straight stitch and a pair of diagonal angled stitches. All three stitches share one hole in the canvas.

Don’t miss the Rhodes Heart Stitch ♥️
Rhodes stitches are made by layering many stitches over the top of each other in a clockwise fashion. You can make circles, squares and even hearts, as seen here. We love this stitch as it adds some texture, along with making any heart shape pop. We hope you can try this stitch out soon!

Milanese Stitch is a really beautiful stitch made up of diagonal lines of triangles.
Each triangle is made up of four stitches, extending in size before the pattern is repeated. Diagonal rows alternate direction.
This is a fun little stitch for fur, feathers or anywhere else on your canvas you want to have some movement. Try it on your next project and tell us what you think!
