The West Reading Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, with detours in effect from approximately 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or until the streets reopen.
The following routes will detour:
Route 12 / Lincoln Park via Reading Hospital
Route 14 / Wernersville/Sinking Spring/Womelsdorf
Route 15 / Berkshire Mall
Route 16 / Broadcasting Square

BARTA has proposed Route & Schedule Changes!
SCTA is holding a Public Hearing on Monday, October 19th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
If you can’t attend the public hearing, you can submit any comments via email or mail during the 30-Day comment period.
