The JK Team

Every Saturday I’m pulling back the curtain on the dreamiest, most out-of-the-box properties out there. And this one? This one is the carriage home of your childhood daydreams.

For Sale: The dollhouse.

It’s the little home you played your dolls in, tucked behind trees and a white picket fence, with large windows pouring in natural light.

Step inside and you’ve got the original wooden floors, still gorgeous. A fireplace , built-in bookcases and natural light pouring in from every single window.

This home is a stunner, and it’s sitting right here in Wernersville, Berks County, PA.

Berks- Close enough to everything, far enough to breathe

I was lucky to tour this one with one of my buyers but they decided to go with another gorgeous property.

Maybe this home was meant for you- Want more details, comment “CARRIAGE”

With so many new faces here lately, we wanted to properly introduce ourselves,
I'm Kymberlie, this is my dad John, and together we're The JK Team.
Generational wealth starts with you - and that doesn't only mean money. It means breaking cycles, creating new traditions within the four walls you already have, and building a life that feels meaningful. Our mission isn't only to help you make smart financial decisions through real estate, though we will absolutely walk you through that too. It's to remind you that wealth looks like family, faith, and a life well lived.
Here you'll see a little bit of everything- because that's just life. Real estate, home buying journeys, slow mornings, new traditions, and probably a chaotic Monday dinner or two. You'll meet pieces of my family, my extended family, the people who make this all mean something.
We're rooted in the small towns and back roads of Pennsylvania, and we'd love for you to be part of this journey with us.
Welcome to the family.
Thinking about buying, selling, or investing? Use The JK Team, because it's a win-win with John and Kym.

Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown is the move for a hot weekend - go in the late afternoon when the animals are active and the heat backs off. It's a manageable size (you can do the whole thing in 2-4 hours), incredibly clean, and the enclosures are beautiful.
Here's what you can do:
Hand-feed the giraffes (yes, really - $6 and worth it)
Pet the animals at the petting barn
Watch the monkeys move between their indoor/
outdoor cage
ee Ride the carousel
, Let the kids run at the playground Grab food and treats while you walk
This isn't a community find -just a solid PA day trip that doesn't get talked about enough. About an hour and 20 minutes from Berks County and completely worth the drive.
