My current breakfast go-to and I can't get enough: sour dough toast, topped with creamy avocado, sliced tomatoes, lots of black pepper, everything bagel seasoning and a thick balsamic vinegar. Flavor on flavor on flavor...OMG!
TTC Tip: Layer your flavors for a dish that delivers from the first bite to the last.

I did a little meal prepping and whipped up these goodies: granola sweetened with dates, moong dal "egg" and veggie bake and the most fabulous mufaletta topped focaccia (which lasted about 2 days!). I need to do this more often. Do you have any quick and easy meal prep suggestions?

Does anyone else love bread as much as me? I'm working on the Bake Shop menu and so far will be offering a Sourdough Country Loaf and Cinnamon buns:) But I'd like one more item and want your advice. Should I add foccaica or scones?!?! What do you think?

We made a ton of homemade pretzels and bagels this weekend! There's no preservatives or chemicals and the flavor is incredible. Do you know what is in your bagels and soft pretzels?

Happy New Year everyone! True to tradition, I had to make something with black-eyed peas so here's my favorite. Be sure to like and subscribe to the YouTube Channel so you don't miss any new videos.
It's time for black-eyes peas and Southern Caviar. Most southern families eat black wye-ed peas in some form or another and this is my take on the tradition!2 cans of black eyed-peas1 can of black beans1 chop...

The Vegan Appetizers class was delicious...but I am partial to Appetizers! We had stuffed mushrooms, dirty rice, a beautiful onion tart and a holiday broccoli braid which could definitely stand in a a main course. These winter classes were fun and I hope to see you in a Spring one!

November's December's cooking classes were a blast! From Cozy Soups and Stews to Thanksgiving, Christmas and to just Appetizers we cooked, laughed and ate our way to health to the holidays. Merry Christmas everyone! And don't forget the reason for the season!
