October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!
This month, we celebrate the talent, skills, perspectives, and contributions that people with disabilities bring to the workforce every day. Inclusive workplaces create opportunities for individuals to thrive while strengthening businesses, communities, and our economy.
At AIM, we're proud to support employment and independence through programs that help people with disabilities build essential life and job skills, prepare for employment, increase confidence, and achieve their goals. Because meaningful work is more than a job. It's a pathway to greater independence, self-determination, and community inclusion. ๐
The wait is over... the first episode of Access Granted is now live on YouTube! ๐๏ธ
Join Stephanie and Mike as they share their unique perspectives and experiences with disability. Stephanie discusses her journey working alongside and advocating for the disability community, while Mike shares his personal story of adapting to life after becoming disabled at 18.

Accessibility is more than just adding a ramp into buildings.
True accessibility means creating spaces, services, technology, and opportunities that everyone can use and enjoy. From accessible communication and transportation to inclusive workplaces and adaptive technology, accessibility is about removing barriers so everyone can participate fully.
Because inclusion starts with access, and access goes far beyond the built environment.
Football season is here, and AIM's Gaming Center has the games and adaptive tools to help you make every play count. ๐ฎ ๐
