Now that we are moving into Fall '26, we wanted to reflect on some of the summer highlights... We launched several new websites - which we will be listing in our next post - created a language learning app and dissected the trust and security layers of AI to create human-managed AI optimization campaigns. All this while staying involved in the community with partner events and sponsoring charity fundraisers. The summer capped out with releasing our refreshed content in our website focusing on our AI to showcase our AI capabilities for optimization and operations — just in time to be ready for our 16th Dreamforce event in San Francisco hosted by our long-term partner, Salesforce.

Other than missing the pandemic year and a cancelled flight from Philly we'd rather not get into, this will be LaunchDM's 16th appearance at Salesforce's landmark event, Dreamforce 2026! In this agentic era, AI is leading the conversations and instead of us blabbing on LinkedIn about Dreamforce hype, I figured I'd let Matthew McConaughey do the talking... Claude and Salesforce teamed up to bring Claude into the CRM. Check out Claudeforce and how it can create dashboard reports with fully integrated systems. Keep an eye out for updates from the show!

Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce, a partnership that puts Claude directly inside Salesforce’s systems. It launches with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills letting Claude compose emails, update records, and act on live customer data. CEO Marc Benioff called it the pairing of the world’s number one AI and number one CRM. It marks the first time Salesforce has ever added its “force” suffix to another company’s product name. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei said the two companies built new safeguards to keep customer data private as Claude takes on more tasks. Salesforce plans to spend around 300 million dollars on Anthropic’s technology in 2026, on top of an existing 300 million dollar stake in the company.
