For Sale: 1993 Volvo 240 Wagon
$7,000 | 166,000 miles
The car has a clean title and recently passed New York State inspection, valid through March 2027.
Volvo wagons of this era are known for their exceptional durability, practical design, and understated Scandinavian styling. Built with longevity in mind, these cars have earned a loyal following for their solid construction, comfortable interiors, and impressive versatility. Their distinctive boxy styling has made them increasingly desirable among enthusiasts, offering a combination of simplicity, reliability, and everyday usability.
This example has enjoyed long-term ownership and relatively light use, covering approximately 7,000 miles since 2020. It has been regularly maintained, with extensive service records documenting mechanical work over the past several years. Recent maintenance includes a new alternator, air mass meter, ignition components, spark plugs, all-season tires, flywheel, crankshaft position sensor, starter, front and rear brakes, exhaust components, and fuel system repairs.
Known issues include inoperative air conditioning, a rip in driver seat leather, a rust spot on driver door well, and body panel wear consistent with its age.
A well-maintained example of a classic Volvo wagon with a great color combination, documented service history, and the practicality to be enjoyed regularly.

1985 Mercedes-Benz 300D
Forest Green | 220k Miles | 3 Owners
$14,500
A well-kept and extensively maintained W123 300D finished in Forest Green with a clean interior and near mint paint. The car has had just three owners and comes with more than 15 years of maintenance records.
At 220k miles, it’s been driven and cared for as these cars were meant to be. A substantial amount of mechanical maintenance has been completed recently, including filters and fluids, gaskets, engine and transmission mounts, transmission service, valve adjustment, diesel purge, water pump, differential service, rebuilt injectors, EGR delete, center support bearing/carrier, and brake service.
The car presents very well overall, particularly for its age and mileage. The paint has a nice shine, the interior is clean and well preserved, and the extensive service history gives a good picture of how the car has been maintained over the years.
Known Issues:
Some rust is present, including areas of the floorboards that will need attention. There is also a rear main seal leak, some transmission weeping, a weeping lift pump, and a non-functioning antenna.
Overall, this is a handsome, driver-quality W123 with a great color combination, extensive maintenance history, and a significant amount of recent mechanical work. A classic Mercedes diesel that’s ready to be driven and enjoyed while addressing the remaining items over time.
