We Buy Houses In CT

My name is Adam Negri, and I have been in Commercial, Residential, and Investment Real Estate for over 30 years. My passion is assisting Fairfield homeowners in buying and selling their houses and working with investors to build their portfolios. My extensive home remodeling background and experience as a prominent Real Estate Broker in Connecticut’s Gold Coast uniquely position me to help my clients close tough deals. Our natural home buying process covers straight purchases with an all-cash offer; straight outsells; options to lease; subject to existing mortgages; land trusts; options; owner financing; and no money down transactions. My experience has given me the ability to understand the legalities of any real estate contract. I can structure deals in eight different ways, regardless of whether it’s a purchase or a sale.
