My passion is to connect people through yoga events and help them have more fun!
I love seeing people grow and develop physically, mentally and emotionally by participating in healthy activities and making new friends.

Turns out I’m pretty good company. 🌲
There’s something about getting in the car by yourself, putting on good music, driving somewhere beautiful and having absolutely no agenda.
Just me, my Subaru, a little yoga, fresh air and wherever the day takes me.
Don’t wait for someone to come with you. Go make the memory.
