🥞 PANCAKE BREAKFAST ~ maple-filled cinnamon roll topped with maple cream cheese frosting, the tiniest stack of mini pancakes with maple drizzle, and a little piece of crispy bacon. Plus, a little dropper of syrup to top it all off 🤩

🍎 CARAMEL APPLE CHEESECAKE ~ loaded with apple, cream cheese frosting, caramelized apples, and plenty of caramel drizzle 🤤

🍌 BANANAS FOSTER ~ rich brown sugar, cinnamon, banana filling with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting, buttery Bananas Foster caramel and a caramelized banana right on top

This is still one of my favorite things we do at Mellow Yellow. There are so many wonderful businesses and teams in our community, and we love getting the chance to show them a little love. Go show them some love too 💞

I keep hearing people say, “I’ve been waiting for the hype to die down before I come in,” or that they haven’t stopped by because they don’t want to wait in a huge line, so I figured it's time for a little PSA 😅

Back in July and August, especially first thing in the morning, those lines really WERE crazy. But things have settled into a much more normal rhythm now! 🙌🏻

We still get calls at 9:30am asking if we’re sold out, and after about noon it slows way down because I think people assume we're already sold out, but these days we’re baking enough to keep the case stocked throughout the day, usually all the way until closing!

And that being said, our drive thru and preorders will now be open every day that we’re open!! We had to shut both of those down Friday-Sunday when the lines were insane, but we’re officially able to have them open all week again!

So if you’ve been putting off stopping by because you don’t want to battle a line or you’re worried we’ll be sold out, this is your sign to come see us! 💛

No crazy wait times. No need to rush over first thing in the morning. Just fresh, baked from scratch cinnamon rolls waiting for you 7:30am-3pm!
