How it started vs how it’s going.

My first kayak was a 9’ Kiwi Kayak in 1994/95. I was roughly 10 years old at the time. My mom and dad always supported my love for the water and boats. Fast forward 30 years and now I get to do the same for my daughter, except she gets to play with cooler toys! 😜

The last two weeks has been nothing short of insane. 🤯

Our paddling community continues to grow and shows no signs of slowing down. The support for our little shop has been incredible. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We still have loads of discontinued, used and closeout kayaks and gear available. Come take a look! 👀

Lisa was dealing with some back trouble, and her old, heavy kayak was becoming a real strain when it came time to load and unload.

Her doctor encouraged her to keep paddling, but she needed a lighter kayak that would make getting on the water easier.

We set her up with a Stellar Kayaks S-14 G2, weighing in at just 38 pounds. With a little help, Lisa is now lifting less than 20 pounds at a time when getting the kayak on and off the car.

That’s exactly what we love about helping people find the right kayak—not just the boat that paddles well, but one that fits their needs both on and off the water.
