I want to send you a letter.

A real one. Handmade, stamped, sealed with wax, and mailed to your actual mailbox. Inside you’ll find a letter from me, a recipe card from my kitchen, and something extra tucked in for your home. Every single piece made by hand before it goes out the door.

This is Letters from Laura - a monthly handmade snail mail subscription for anyone trying to find their way back to something slower. One letter, once a month, from my little corner of Connecticut to yours.

For June, I’m sending the first letter free to anyone who wants one.

Comment LETTER below and I will personally reach out to get your mailing address. No automation, no bot, no instant reply. A real person, me, will respond. That’s kind of the whole point.

I loved watching How It’s Made. Long before I ever made anything myself, I was completely hooked on watching how things came together step by step. This is my version of that. Cotton fabric cut by hand, beeswax and jojoba melted down, pressed together with an iron one at a time. No factory, no machine, just a table, three ingredients, and my love for all things handmade. Do you like to watch how things are made? I find it fascinating. Beeswax wraps are available in our shop, link in bio.
