KRCR News Channel 7
Max Tedford
We have personally done renovation and emergency work for KRCR's building in this community. I've answered midnight calls during storms when water was pouring through their ceilings-doing whatever it took to keep them on the air.
During one of the worst storms we've ever seen, KRCR had me flown by helicopter to the top of Mt.
Bally. Our crews were sent up in snowcats through extreme conditions-falling ice, massive chunks of ice falling from radio towers crashing through the roofs causing structural damage, and millions of dollars in equipment at risk. We handled it. We protected their operation. That's what we do for our hometown.
So to see KRCR air a one-sided report without verified facts is beyond disappointing-it's irresponsible.
Back in January, we made it clear to Max Tedford that running a story while litigation was still ongoing, without full information, was premature. That request was ignored.
Now the court has issued its final judgment. The facts are no longer in question-they're documented.
KRCR owes this community accurate, complete reporting—not rushed narratives. When you choose to go on air with only part of the story, you're not informing the public—you're misleading them.
We've stood behind this station when it mattered most. It's time for them to stand behind the truth. You want the truth! Read the judges final statement of decision.
