Celebrate Latino culture and pride as the 39th Hispanic Heritage Awards moves to Minneapolis to celebrate the People of Minnesota (Humanitarian Award) alongside icons like Oscar D’León (Legenda Award), Mon Laferte (Social Justice Award), Eladio Carrión (Inspira Award), and Ximena Sariñana (Music Award). Hosted by comedienne Anjelah Johnson-Reyes, with special performances by Los Tigres Del Norte!

10:00 PM - VOCES “ASCO: Without Permission
The story of the groundbreaking Chicano art group that merged activism with radical art-making, challenging the established order of Hollywood, museums, and media, and are now considered among the 20th century's most significant art collectives.

In East Antarctica's frozen interior, Dr. Ry Holland hunts for aerotrophs: microbes that live on thin air by consuming trace gases like hydrogen, methane and carbon monoxide. Suited up like astronauts to avoid contamination, the team collects DNA from the air and tests soil for gas uptake. These microbes may anchor the food chain here and hint at how life might exist on icy moons like Europa.

U.S. Route 99 was a major highway on the West Coast of the United States. It was a main north–south US Numbered Highway on the West Coast until 1964, running from Calexico, California, on the Mexican border to Blaine, Washington, on the Canadian border.
