24 people volunteered to show up and learn how to further help their friends, families, and students. We are so thankful for the opportunity to learn valuable self defense skills outside our day-to-day practice, making ourselves and our community safer.

Thank you to Avery and John from Mission Ready Medical for offering their time to us this weekend!

We are so happy to see so many wonderful families on our mats!!!

We still have spots for this Saturday’s Bleeding Control and Splinting Class with Coach Avery and John!

Not sure what this class is all about?…

“Life threatening bleeding is the most common cause of preventable death after an injury. The person next to the victim may be the one most likely to prevent fatal bleeding.

Participants will learn to recognize and manage bleeding by using direct pressure, pressure points, wound packing, and tourniquets.

Participants will also learn splinting techniques to immobilize commonly encountered injuries.”

The class is entirely FREE, but you must register as there are limited spaces. It is open to all gym members (teens and adults), as well as parents of members!

Congratulations to Christian on his graduation from Foundations!!! We’re excited to welcome him to more classes! 🥳
