Residents are stepping out of their comfort zones and into the rhythm of our new Bollywood dance class! Led by a professional instructor, this energetic and challenging class introduces participants to a new style of dance while also exploring the music and culture behind it.

Local artist and instructor Dana Child returned to lead a special Nevada-themed watercolor class! Residents enjoyed expressing their creativity while painting scenes inspired by the Silver State and spending time with friends.

In honor of the Reno area's 40th Hot August Nights Classic Car & Music Festival, residents enjoyed a special themed happy hour full of nostalgia and fun. The celebration featured classic diner bites, a 1950s karaoke sing-along, and a delicious spiked root beer float. It was the perfect way to cruise back in time and enjoy the spirit of this beloved local tradition!

Residents got a bit salty at our Pirates in Paradise cocktail party! Featuring live music from Island Joy Music, our own Revel Rum Runners, and a spirited "Talk Like a Pirate" contest, the event was full of laughter and adventure. Arrrggggg, it was a swashbuckling good time!🏴‍☠️🍹

The Social Club was packed for our Executive Director, Mark's, Summer Beer Testing Presentation! 🍺 Residents were introduced to several different summer brews and learned the history behind each one. It was a fun and educational experience for all!

Residents gathered in The Social Club for a meaningful "Heritage Happy Hour", honoring the unique backgrounds and traditions that make our community unique! Everyone was encouraged to bring or wear items that pay tribute to their unique story, background or ancestry. It was an inspiring afternoon of sharing, learning, and connection.

One person's sparkle became another person's treasure at our Sparkle & Swap event! Residents came together to trade fashion jewelry, giving their wardrobes new life! To top it all off, many donations were collected for women's charities, making the event both fashionable and meaningful.

As we continue to enjoy Artown, Reno's city-wide, month-long celebration of art and music, residents attended Vortex...The Ballet that Rocks! This unique combination of classical ballet on pointe combined with Rock and Pop music put a new twist on the traditional form of dance.
