Monte Cristo Bene is the special this week! White toast base with melted Swiss cheese, ham, and turkey with house-made hollandaise and a dollop of raspberry preserves. Yum!

Our next Employee of the Month is Fidel! Fidel is a lead cook at our Midtown location, and he is one of the great leaders of our Two Chicks Team. He is always looking out for what is best for the restaurant, making sure we are covered from all angles. Not only is Fidel someone we can always count on, he is also passionate about making great food for our guests at Two Chicks. Fidel's fiery energy inspires all of us to care just as deeply as he does. Thank you Fidel, for your hard work, your dependability, and for always keeping the fire lit under everything that you do!

This week, our special is the Bay Shrimp Omelette: bay shrimp, diced tomatoes, and green onions topped with house-made hollandaise!
